In Loving Memory of Lexington

Our sweet "little man" Lexie Lou as we loving called him went to the
bridge on April 1,2005. It was a very hard day for us but knowing Lexington was
going to the bridge where he could run and play and not be afraid of people was
a great comfort to us. We had Lexington with us for 2 wonderful years . It was
very hard at first due to his trust issues but with lots of love he started to
turn around. Lexie Lou had to learn all over to trust people again and that took
great effort and a lot of TLC. Our GSP's can be very forgiving but I feel they
never forget how they were treated. I am so thankful that his last two years
were so full of love.....I loved him so very much that it hurts to think he is
not here any more. He came to love our family very much and he adored me as he
did his foster Mom who worked hard with him before coming to our home. I miss
his warm little body under the blankets with me and never knew how much I
enjoyed those moments until they were gone. He will be missed greatly by me and
Todd and my 2 daughters. Our life will never be the same.
Sweet dreams Lexie Lou Lou and don't leave your blanket behind........Love to
you my sweet boy.
