In Loving Memory of Jaeger

The only way to have a friend is to be one.

My Friend Jaeger

"My family lost Jaeger on Jan. 16th 2004. He had epilepsy. It was scary to see him seizure but my mom and dad explained to me and my brother that he did not know what was happening when it happened and that some dogs do better on medication. Jaeger didn't and I just thought he would get better. It was really sad when I got home from school and Jaeger wasn't there with Gunther to meet me at the door. He always liked to play with the tennis ball with me in the backyard. It was really fun when he pulled me on my sled. He slept with me or my brother and he was so warm. I know Gunther misses him a lot too. But I give him extra hugs. We watch our X-mas tape of Jaeger and Gunther ripping open their gifts. I miss his bark."

"If I could think of something Jaeger could do up by Rainbow Bridge, it would be that he is the Activities Leader. He could get everyone to play tennis ball with him. I know he is playing with Duke our other dog we lost last August. My Mom told me all about Rainbow Bridge and how we will all meet again. That makes me happy."
